My new Sky broadband WiFi Booster never arrived

I called sky last week and ordered a replacement WiFi booster and it still hasn't arrived all my walls are solid concrete so I got a booster from the engineer when I switch from my old house to the new one, but last week my WiFi Booster packed in completely so i called sky for a replacement which hasn't arrived kids have been in my ear all week about the internet being low they are using data on there phones in the house im just wondering how long they take to send it through and I was told when the new comes to hand over the old one

@BigTaz180 Think you would be best to call again and speak with CS, there may be delay's lack off pod's, no stock etc, but not showing in your order's may be just not done!
