My neighbour is using my broadband connection to watch tv etc how do I block them

The easiest way is to change the password in the wireless tab of the router interface if on the older style of SR203 Sky Hub at HTTP://192.168.0.1 And ensure you have WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption on that same tab.
