Relatively new to Sky broadband and wi fi my laptop is set up in my hone office, sky has had to provide a WiFi extender which is plugged in outside the office and the door is open. The laptop is 8feet away from the extender but the signal is poor. Why would this be.
i had the same setup with BT and it worked brilliantly for years. Very frustrating.
