My laptop is not showing sky as an available connection, but appears on all other newer devices
I have been able to connect multiple mobile phones and iPads to our sky max wifi router, but we have a Toshiba laptop that is quite old and won't pick up the wifi as an available connection to connect to. Why would this be and how can we resolve?

Do you have a white or a black Sky Hub?
Edit: sorry, spotted your reference to Max.
You may need to use the admin settings in the My Sky app to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK.
