My iPhone settings shows that I am connected to my Wi-Fi SKYK77GK Bluetooth on. However I cannot get broadband I use internet banking so this is a problem. There is no problem on my iPad or laptop they are connected to Wi-Fi. I was connected on my iPhone until a couple of days ago. I have taken lots of advice from Apple and tried all their solutions but nothing worked.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Teddy112 if you haven't already restart your iPhone how you do that depends onnthe model but most phones you press and hold tgexside button and one of the volume buttons in until the powercslide appears.
Once rebooted check that the phone has connected to your Sky WiFi if it hasn't bring it close to your iPad and then try to connect and the iPad should offer to share the WiFi passcode. If the phone has connected to your Sky hub but your phone is still trying to use mobile data turn off WIFi Assist setting which is at the bottom of the mobile data settings which should stop that.
