Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Elisee2599 You're not addressing Sky via the forum, nor will Sky reinstate your services if they have been restricted due to non payment. You will need to pay what you owe and setup a new direct debit. If you paid by direct debit then getting another debit card should have no affect on the direct debit payments as they don't use your card details.
