My internet was repaired by Openreach on 9 March but old problems of breaks in service are back.
Old problems of internet going down after repair on 9 March started to reappear yesterday and 2 breaks in service have occurred today . Please investigate.

We can't investigate anything. We are customers like yourself. You'll need to report it to Sky again for investigation by Openreach.

@Mike154 You are not talking to Sky, this is a customer to customer based forum. If you would like some help can you please run the following test below to see if it finds any external issues.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
