When did you first report your internet issues to Sky and what did customer services tell you?

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer

I've moved your post to the Broadband forum as it has nothing to do with Sky Yahoo Mail. We're customers here. 

 

Given how long this has been going on I assume you've reported it to Sky. What have they said?

@AIRINA  Your duplicate thread has been removed as you already created this one, creating duplicate threads just causes cofusion and duplicate replies.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
