My internet keeps going off.

For 3 days not been able to watch tv as internet is not working.

Does the internet light on the sky router change colour

Yes goes off, then goes orange, then green.  Then off again 🤬

If the light is green could you post your hub stats

Otherwise use the service checker in your my sky app whilst using 4g/5g mobile data
