My internet keeps droppung and has been doing this for the last few days . Whats going on

My internet had been dropping for days Right in the middle of important work is a real pain.

Same. Had no problems with my Internet for years and all of a sudden in the last month it's been on and off. Currently my router lights are green, orange, green, orange but I've ran tests and my sky app says my Internet is connected and everything is working fine. No good when I'm trying to get work done.

Thats been me for the last few days . Absolutely fed up. Tried the test and says there is nothing wrong either
