My sky internet is rubbish. It keeps dropping off and I loose my work. I have lost a lot of money from this over the last 3 days. I cdnt go this sny longer . The postmasters have more luck of getting compensation than I have of getting g sky internet, benn happening for to
long now. Time to get rid .

@Kathy+Flegg Have you contacted Sky to discuss the problems? Alternatively you could post your hub stats here and one of the technical gurus on this customer forum may be able to help.
Unless you have access to a broadband supplier who doesn't use the Openreach infrastructure, moving your custom elsewhere may well just move the problem with you.
Sky is a domestic broadband product, with pricing and service levels appropriate to that type of product. If you are reliant on broadband for your income you might want to consider a business package, which would come with a greater level of support....and a price to match!
