I have tried to log on to work today and my Internet is not working my work IT helpdesk at have confirmed today have no Internet. When I returned home from my office yesterday my Tv sky box would not switch on and I had to unplug the power lead and put it back in and tv is working OK now but not my Internet please can you help as soon as possible as my employer chasing for updates

Have you powered down your router & restarted it?

Try https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband to see if there's a local problem or whether it's just you. If there is a problem it'll walk you through reporting the issue.
