My internet is not working at its best

I Internet does not seem to be working as good as it was. My son cannot play on his Xbox at the moment cause it just keeps lagging all the time. I already had somebody out a while ago and they put like a boost in the house, but when they did a test, they said that it was outside if it didn't seem to help
