My internet has not been working all day! I have rebooted many times and still not working

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Please provide more information at the time it failed. Run a broadband line test from Sky App to see whether it allows you to book an engineer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Harmony2008 if tge conection is still down this morning and tge connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection is nit telling you about a known fault call Sky and report it.
