My internet is not working and has not worked all day

My internet has not been working all day! I have rebooted many times and still not working

@Harmony2008 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Please provide more information at the time it failed. Run a broadband line test from Sky App to see whether it allows you to book an engineer.

@Harmony2008 if tge conection is still down this morning and tge connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection is nit telling you about a known fault call Sky and report it.
