Mine has been back on since an hour or so. Shame it took so long for their diagnostic tools to catchup. Tells me that automated diagnostic tools are not fit for purpose, and poor Patel on Indian phone support is about as useful as a bicycle for a fish.

We had sky glass, six months later and three replacements later we got them to agree to terminate the contract, got to a point the new one wouldn't register our account was sat with it for three months ...

S40 postcode. Service has been intermittent from yesterday to lunch time today and down all afternoon.

Your lucky to have had intermittent for so long, the majority of us have had none since 4pm yesterday, word on street is that BT exchange got broken into, not sure how valid that is ...
