My internet is constantly disconnecting from all devices and comes up with the error no IP address f

Despite several restarts and changing locations as much as possible, my internet constantly drops out and disconnects despite having "excellent" signal strength then I get the error no IP address found. This has been going on for months yet sky say there is no issue with my broadband or router what's going on.

Trying to watch news says no connection. Trying to use email. Won't connect. Then suddenly reconnected

We are unconnected for minutes. Completely useless Sky internet to ipad and desktop computer.

Will have to look at contract and move to a better board/band internet

Checking My Sky Broadband firstly said looks a problem then said all ok ,as suddenly reconnected whilst checking!

Sky TV seems ok
