Hi 

my internet is slow and keeps stopping on playback. I pay for extra speed as we need if for work

@Haleysgin if you are streaming video overcWiFi it is breaking up it is quite likely wifi interference from a neighbouring network try rebootingbthe Sky hub as thst can clear tge problem. If it persists then you may neddca booster or similar which Sky should provide if the extra you pay is for Briadband Boost or WiFi Max if you call them.
