My internet has drooped ive tried everything

Hi my name is Liz my internet has dropped I've tried everything on my sky help my mental health issues make things like this a real problem

@Arsenalarethebe loss of conection late st night can be due to maintenance work However if your line is still dosn give Sky a call when their lines open from around 8am. If you dont feel able to speak to them post again as forum superusers can escalate your post so you can use online chat.
