Most nights my internet keeps dropping out sometimes it's done it 2-3 times in one night

But it's most night and it goes for ages at time sometimes an hour at time sorry I'm not gonna pay for something if I'm not getting to right amount that I should be an fit keep going down and I ain't the only one who it does this to also it happeneds to my mum and usually hers is any time of the day it will just cut out I want some sort of compensation for the service I don't get that I should

There is no provision for compensation for short periods of loss of service.
In case you aren’t already aware, the following link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).

It's not always just at night has happened in day quite a few times to so yes I want some compensation from it or I refuse to pay any more
