I'm getting sick of my internet cutting off at least 8 times a day
I checked my connections turned of the router but it just keeps doing it
I'm really thinking hard about going to another provider

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@max18max if you post your router stats we may be able to see what is happening, as we need to establish if it's the WiFi connection, or the physical broadband connection.
If it is the broadband connection, moving provider out of frustration won't fix anything, the problem will just move with them and still be there, most ISP's all use the same underlying Openreach infrastructure.
