My internet connections keeps dropping out and the internet and voice lights keep showing orange,.

Hi my internet keeps dropping out and this is has been happening the odd once or twice but the last few days its doing it several times a day. The internet and voice light is orange and now the voice light has stayed on orange and i have no landline. So unable to ring you.

@tracydeandane  Would you be able to run the broadband test the next time it happens or even try it just now to see if it picks up any faults on your broadband following the directions below.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
