My internet is not working properly it keeps going of I have done the checks with you and it's saying it's ok but clearly it's not or it would not keep going off it's happening all day long so there is clearly a problem with it would be greatly appreciated if you could sort this out please as it's now getting beyond a joke sick and tired off having to reconnect on my mobile
