If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
Can you upon landing on the service checker page please click on broadband to give you a more up to date reading of your broadband and see if this offers you any help.

Still waiting for someone at Sky to answer my call. All day issues with broadband. I get told it's a home setup issue.
