My iPhone say my inter net is not secure and it as a weak signal. The most I get is 1 bar. My new ip

I have had a new iPhone 15 with sky. I am a diamond customer. My internet as been saying for a long time not sercure internet and weak signal. I'm lucky if I get two bars of signal with my iPhone 11. My new phone is getting none and as told me to look for another server. It's your phone. My old phone was with 02. So none of my data will cross I've been trying all day. I've spoke to apple and spent a good 20 min with your customer care to be told to take it to a shop. I have a heart condition and I am 75. I didn't expect this. It always change from one to another iPhone easy
