My iPhone 15 pro appears to keep connecting to the WiFi extender and not main hub, signal drops out and then either cuts out or people cant hear etc

I was told to forget network on phone and then re connect - this worked for initially - but now back to connected to extender !

any ideas

What extender do you mean? A Sky booster? If so does the Sky booster have the same SSID as your main hub?
