My iMac can't find my printer

Unsure if this is an HP problem or sky.

I got a new router today and my IMac just can't find my printer. I uninstalled it hoping to reinstall it but it can't find it. It just isn't showing up.

The wireless netword configuration  Status : not connected

                                                                            Wireless : on

                                                                            Network name is correct.

I've run a wireless Network Test Report and the only fail is No Filtering. It shows wireless on and working. The blue light is flashing which suggests its not connected to the network but the reports says it is.

I've tried adding the printer to the devices in the hub but it will not accept the format of IP address somehow.

I'm sort of lost.

White or black Sky Hub?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
