My hub is on and according to the internet check I'm connected but I have no WiFi anywhere no device is getting a signal? Is there a problem with sky or me?

Try to reset your Sky hub which should make the SSID visible.on the newer white hubs hold in the wps button on the right hand edge for at least 20 seconds until the led flashes and rdlease. On the black hubs hold in the reset pin until the power led flashes shich takes 10 to 20 seconds.

Try the solution suggested by Chrisee - I had the same problem (1 week after installation!) and it worked for me.
