I’ve had the same issues, rang and they said it's sorted but now the message I received saying my hub is on the way isn't working... so I guess I'll sit here for longer with no WiFi!!!

Firstly, thank you for bringing this problem to our attention.
We had a problem with orders reaching our warehouse from our internal systems. This problem has now been fixed, however if you still haven't received your hub, please get in touch and we will get it dispatched as soon as we can.
