Modem not delivered

Hi hopefully someone can help my sky broadband went live yesterday and obviously Bt stopped all Internet etc my problem is my modem has yet to arrive I have phoned sky everyday since Monday to be told it still processing etc my tracking info says waiting to be dispatched as u can understand this is very frustrating for me as I also have sky glass tv so am unable to use it so currently paying charges for both Internet and TV that can't be used. I was told I could still use Mt old modem but unfortunately ot a old model so can't use it.

@Sarankiya Sky have had an issue with dispatching hubs which they are sorting out. To help,you I amescalating your post to a Sky team who will invite you onto an online chat tyrough the forum. Look out for a message and a chat icon appearing in the forum.

No modem. Live today.

I've gone live today. BT now switched off. However, as others have noted, the router has not arrrived. Called and told it was sent out next day delivery. Tracking info still says awaiting dispatch. Help anyone? Thanks.

Sky have had some issues with dispatching these so hopefully it should be with you within the next day or so. The fact you can see it on your account means it should be on its way to you soon.

@tom+k Sky's dispatch system had an issue which has now been cleared so your hub should appear soon but you can check in the My Orders section in the My Sky app.

No Broadband Router Sent

I like many others on this forum, have not received my broadband hub. My broadband went live July 3rd, I rang customer services that day and was assured that the problem would be raised with the relevant team. I rang again today and still no dispatch of equipment. I'm hoping someone can put me in touch with someone who can sort this problem. I'm really regret choosing Sky Broadband at this point.
