My granddaughter shared our WiFi password with nexxt door

My grandoughter shared our password with next door neighbour now they use it all the time. I asked them to disconnect but haven't. How do I block them

You'd need to log into the Hub yourself and change its WiFi key (and probably the administrator password too)
