My gas central heating hive send units is not connecting to the thermostat

My British gas (hive) central heating sender unit is not connecting to the thermostat, the thermostat keeps saying no internet connection but I know working properly as I've just checked it's

@Sidsmith Few different types of hive and thermostat's, but the hive site is also good for diagnostics off there equipment!

I have a Hive hub to control our boiler (via a Hive wireless thermostat) and several Hive plugs. I moved to Sky from TalkTalk in August and have had no issues with connectivity at all.

If all other devices are connecting to the wifi/internet then I'd be checking with Hive as suggested by @JimM1 .
