I am only getting 60mbs but paying for 900, how do I go about getting a refund and amending my contract?

900Mbs would be speed delivered over optical fibre as far as the ISP router.
If you are measuring speed on a wireless device, that's completely different (and inevitably zero Mbs after a few walls)
