My devices won’t connect to my router it keeps saying wrong password I've tryed resetting it with no joy

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jpd1201 to reset a Sky hub you must press and hold in the reset pin for up to 20 seconds until the power led flashes otherwise they just reboot. Once reset the wifi passcode will match that on the hub's label.
If you still have issues with your device tell the device to forget the connection, reboot it (how you do that depends on the device) and add the connection from scratch.
