My devices do not connect to the internet although the test says my broadband has no issues

My broadband hub has all the lights on and my test on the app says there are no issues however I have no Internet on none of my devices.  

I have restarted the hub. No change.

I currently have super fast fibre

@Mihaela7 try powering down your hub for 60 minutes as that is the recommended way to clear this irritating fault which is due to an issue within Sky's network. If i=thatvdoesntvwork call Sky.
