My device not connecting to my internet

My rooter not working  no internet there one green light on 2nd one off  3rd one orange 4th off

@Rooter1 if you have not already done so rdboot the Sky hub by removing tge power for a few seconds. If it still wont connect open the My Sky app  using a mobile go to the servicecfheck to see if Sky know zbout a fault affecting your line. If they dont call them when the lines open shortly.
