When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

Find out more@Sarah253 if you are planning to buy broadband from snother complany who use the Openreach phone line do not cancel with Sky instead order from the new suppliercand let them handle the whole switch which should be seamless. If your new supplier usesca different network then you will havecto cancel with Sky.
