My business broadband not working, all lights on

My salon business broadband not working this afternoon, all lights showing on modem green , but no phone can connect,saying wrong password

There was a business broadband issue on Saturday which is reported to be fixed now.

Yes I had problems on Saturday, phone wasn't working, today we can't connect to internet 😖

@Tinns  You'll need to contact Sky Business as per @Highlinder  reply as this is primarily a domestic users community.
