My broadband won't connect and keeps flashing orange I have payed my bill so there no issue there,

Broadband keeps flashing orange bill has been payed and still no Internet connection, my tv runs through Internet and now can't watch TV unacceptable

@David19841 sounds like there is a line issue. Run the connection test in the My Sky app, if it tells you everything is fine click to run a more thorough check as thst should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky to report the fault so they can get an engineer to check your line.

When I do a check all it keeps saying is that is just updating the speed for my broadband that's why it keeps doing it
