Dear all, I am having issues with my broadband speed which is below 350MB for more than two weeks. I can't watch even a movie as these are not loading properly and I have to wait few seconds to load each 1 minute. We have restarted our router already and the issue is persisting. In the evening it is impossible to watch a movie which became very frustrating. Could you please check why is my download speed so low? We are paying for the highest fibre speed but this is never at it's highest. Your urgent assistance is highly important. Thank you. Eugenia
