Slow broadband speed

I have below 1Mbps broadband speed for over 2 weeks and I can't get any help from SKY. I can't even find a phone No. to call. I use ethernet and the router is SKN2D3I and I an told by the system I should get a min speed of 2.5Mbps. I have been on SKy for over a year with a speed of about 5Mbps so its not a new user problem.

Ok: that's terribly low by any modern standards, and suggests either outdated technology or a very remote location.  This is where seeing the Hub stats are useful, but I don't recognise that model number: the three in-support models are below.

I have merged the duplicate post in the talk section. Please do not create duplicate posts as it confuses the issue. Also on 2 occasions we have asked for stats if you do not wish to post them then i am not sure how we can help

Small horizontal white box, probably legacy from an O2 or BE ADSL broadband service before Sky acquired them?
