My broadband signal is rubbish

When im in the house i have to turn wifi off on my mobike phone to get internet . And my TV is slow and buffering whike watching.

@Mark200506 tun the connection test in tge My Sky app to check if your line has any issues if it has the test can book an engineer otgerwise is speeds are skower than they should be then talk to Sky. Assuming that is not the issue check the WiFi signal in your home. The signal is affected by tge layout, type of construction and the level of interference. Consider moving the hub to a better pisition which is normally as central as you can get it out in the open on a surface so its above things lije radiators that will act as blocks.
