My broadband is supposed to go live today. A confirmation text was also sent today morning that it can go live anytime until midnight.
But now the order page shows that the broadband activation has been changed and action is required. It's telling me to go to the Message center for more detail but there is no new message.
I am totally lost now. The first activation date was due on 13th December but was delayed by so long due to an Openreach issue. Finally, today was the activation date and this is happening.
