Ours is doing exactly the same had new router new sky q boxes new sky main box new phone socket and it still does it - exasperated

We are having the same issue. Now smart Tv wouldn't connect, saying our internet isn't available. My husband was unable to have work calls as internet kept dropping. Infuriating for the price we pay.
