My broadband keeps dropping it's connection intermittently all night.Same last night and same two we

I need my broadband problems resolved now or it's cancel my contract time.Your choice Sky,Starlink is looking like a solid choice.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers. Threats to cancel are irrelevant here. 

You've posted at 0227. When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
