My broadband keeps disconnecting every month!

Every month around bill payment my broadband and TV disconnects automatically. This started when I changed my payment method and have called Sky every month, each call takes 30 mins to an hour and each time they assure me it's the last time. What would you do in this situation? What a disappointing outcome!
