My broadband keeps disconnecting and the Internet is not reaching the entire house.

My broadband keeps disconnecting and the Internet is not reaching the entire house, what is more frustrating is that the money for the bill has been taken, nevertheless the broadband doesn't deliver what you promise in the contract. I need a resolution ASAP otherwise I will be forced to take legal measures.
