My broadband isn’t working

I have reset my router 3 times today and it will not allow me to connect to the internet. Your online broadband checker says it's connected to the fire stick and a Samsung mobile phone, however this is incorrect, I am not receiving connection on any of my devices. The light on the router is solid white, there are three green lights on the open reach box and one is flashing green.

this is not the first time this has happened but as I don't usually live in this address I was only made aware of this today.

my son and my sister in law have been experiencing consistent issues with the WiFi and poor signal.

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
