My broadband is working but says there is no network connection and we can’t get the apps

It went down after a local storm and people said it my be connected to an o2 mast going down.  We have internet and I've checked the broadband via sky and it seems ok.  It says we have no network. Connection and we can't get apps like Netflix or on demand. Can get Netflix on my phone though.  I've tried unplugging the router
