My broadband is so bad I have to disconnect and use 4/5G often.

Upgraded broadband and it's worse than before. Simple websites don't load, often drops and there's no connection. Have to disconnect and use 4/5G. Cannot get through to an actual human being to discuss it. 
probably won't be a customer for much longer, which is a shame because I have been one for a very long time!

@Danzzz78   Did Sky change the router you have to another router after you upgraded?

Hi,

 

No, it is the same router as before! Should I have got an upgrade? All they sent was a wire...

 

FYI - I have ASUS extenders from the router.

@Danzzz78  If you look at the bottom of the page that you posted it says " Show Statistics " can you click on it and screenshot that please as what you posted is not what we are looking for.

@Danzzz78  Has the devices that you are talking about has this happened in the past 6 days going to 4g/5g?

It's been happening since the switch over, but I gave it the recommended 14 days settling in. 
whether and app or a website or even iCloud email, it gets to the point where is wont load and as soon as I turn the WiFi off it loads in the 4/5G perfectly.

 

i know all the signs point to fast download/upload but that's simply not the real life usage scenario ☹️

@Danzzz78  Looking at the router stats it is saying no drops at all. Don't know if this could be down the the private relay that Apple does use on their devices and maybe someone can chime in to what the problem might be and a solution to help.
