My sky broadband is saying connected without internet and the light is orange. It has been like this since it was installed yesterday. The activation date was a couple weeks ago. I have done all the steps on the sky website and it's still not working.

Find out more@Yahya you need to report the fault to Sky so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
